TQM comparison to Six Sigma
In comparison to Total quality management, Six Sigma is the process that is concerned to the continuous improvement of the quality of the quality of the products and services provided to the customers. Six Sigma mainly focuses on the achievement of the perfection by limiting the possible detecting errors and defects within the system of the firm.
In the Six Sigma process, employees inside the organization are given Six Sigma training for the implementation of the perfect methodologies in accordance with the organization structure. Six Sigma employs the Statistical Process Control for the monitoring and control the business process. In short, Six Sigma is the better approach as it focuses on the quality improvement process to the high level.
